Opening a Wagering Account

Leroy’s may open a sports wagering account for residents of Nevada who are at least 21 years of age.

To open an account you must complete a wagering account application, submit a clear copy of a valid driver's license, government ID, or check cashing card with picture, and attest to statements required under the Nevada Gaming Commission regulations. A wagering account application is available on the Website and at select Leroy's locations. Prior to opening an account, you will be provided with a copy of Leroy's rules and procedures for sports account wagering. It is your responsibility to be aware of all sports account wagering rules, including subsequent changes.

Upon opening an account, Leroy’s will provide you with an account number and secure personal identification from you that is reasonably designed to prevent the acceptance of wagers from persons other than you.

A Leroy’s account is for your personal use and is not transferable. Leroy’s reserves the right to void any wager if there is any reason to believe that someone other than you placed a wager using funds from a Leroy’s account.

It is your responsibility to maintain the secrecy of your account number and personal identification. If you feel that your account number and or personal identification have been compromised, you should immediately contact Leroy’s offices at 702-735-0101.

Leroy’s reserves the right to refuse establishment or maintenance of accounts for what it deems good and sufficient reason.

Receiving the Leroy’s® App© Phone Account

Please Note: You may use you Leroy’s^® App^© Phone Account ONLY IN NEVADA. The Leroy’s^® App^© Phone Account will not permit you to make sports wagers in jurisdictions outside of Nevada. In order to use the Leroy’s^® App^© Phone Account, you acknowledge and agree that Leroy’s must verify your identity, that your identity matches the ownership of the sports wagering account holder, that your identity matches the ownership of the mobile device owner, and that the location of the mobile device is in the state of Nevada when the wager is placed and processed from sports wagering account.

Once you open a sports wagering account, Leroy’s will provide you download instructions for the Leroy’s^® App^© from a download site. During the application download, your mobile device's PIN and phone number is recorded in your account.

1. Prohibited Application Verification

   Selecting the Leroy’s^® App^© icon will initiate a review of all applications installed on your mobile device and compare them to a database of prohibited applications allowing remote control of the device or remote access to or from the device. If any prohibited application is detected, the Leroy’s^® App^© will not activate and you will receive an error message.

2. Password

   Prior to placing a wager, your Customer Identity is verified by password entry. The password is NEVER saved on the device. You must manually enter the password each time you open the Leroy’s^® App^©. As with your sports wagering account number, it is your responsibility to maintain the secrecy of your Leroy’s^® App^© password. If you have lost or forgotten your Leroy’s^® App^© password, you should immediately contact Leroy’s offices at 702-735-0101.

Depositing Funds

Initial wagering account deposits must be made in person at select Leroy's locations. Thereafter, you may make additional deposits via credit card cash advancements by calling 702-735-0129.

The minimum deposit for opening an account is $100.

No interest shall accrue on funds deposited in a customer’s account.

Funds may not be deposited into a suspended or closed account.

Leroy’s reserves the right to refuse deposits to accounts for what it deems good and sufficient reason.

Withdrawing Funds

You may withdraw funds from an active account at anytime up to the amount of the account balance.

The minimum withdrawal amount is $25; which is waived when closing an account.

Withdrawal request must be made at select Leroy’s locations.

Wagering

Account wagers will be accepted only during specified book hours and will be accepted only on Leroy’s designated account wagering devices.

You should not make wagers from your account while residing or located outside of Nevada.

Placing a wager outside of Nevada may result in your criminal prosecution.

When placing a wager, you must provide your account number, password and secure personal identification for verification purposes. All wagers must be verified to you at the time the wager is placed and confirmed by you to constitute a wager and will be final and binding. If an event is locked out during transaction, there will be no wager. Wagers cannot be cancelled after the wager is completed. Total wagers may not exceed the balance in a wagering account. Leroy’s determines the minimum and maximum wager on all events. The minimum total wager per transaction is $2. All wagers are subject to the rules and regulations of Leroy’s Horse and Sports Place.

Check the Website or Leroy’s^® App^© Phone Account for the latest odds. All odds are subject to change.

Leroy’s reserves the right to refuse any wager or delete or limit any selection(s) prior to the acceptance of the wagers.

All wagers must be at full face value.

Payments on winning account wagers shall be posted to your wagering account as soon as reasonably practicable after the event is declared official.

Winnings are taxed in accordance with IRS requirements. Any single wager paying 300 times the amount wagered and at least $600 is taxable income. A W2G will be mailed to you the day after the wager is deemed a winner. If any winnings minus the amount wagered exceed $5,000, federal taxes are withheld and the balance deposited to your wagering account. Leroy’s will report all W2G information to the IRS, as required.

Leroy’s reserves the right to declare the account wagering system closed for receiving any or all wagers.

Wagers may not be accepted on a suspended account.

Account Management

You may request a statement of account showing all account activity during the time period reported by the account statement. Disputes shall be resolved as set forth in Nevada Revised Statutes 463.361-463.366 and Nevada Gaming Commission (NGC) Regulation 7A.

Leroy’s reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time.

Except as set forth in the Terms of Use (which includes, for avoidance of doubt, the Privacy Policy), all of your Personal Information and your Confidential Information (including but not limited to your current balance, wagering account activity, account number and your secure personal identification) shall be kept confidential except from you, the Nevada Gaming Control Board ("the Board"), or as otherwise required by federal or state law.

Use Of Account While At Leroy’s

Customers may pick up applications information at a Leroy’s race and sports book.

All other account transactions, excluding registration processing, deposits, wagering, and withdrawals, must be initiated by contacting Leroy’s Customer Service at 702-735-0101.

Closing Your Sports Wagering Account

You may close your sports wagering account by going to select Leroy’s locations and withdrawing your funds once any of your open wagers on events are concluded and the winning outcomes are concluded.

You must identify a beneficiary for the funds of your sports wagering account on your application. Upon your death, your named beneficiary may close your sports wagering account, subject to the winning outcomes of any sporting events on which you had open wagers, by contacting Leroy’s Customer Service at 702-735-0101 and arranging to deliver to Leroy’s Legal Department a certified copy of the Account Holder's death certificate and valid identification of the beneficiary.

Complaints, Disputes, And Notices

In the event of a complaints or a dispute about this Website or your Leroy’s^® App^© Phone Account, you should contact a Leroy’s Customer Service Supervisor at 702-735-0101.

The Supervisor will obtain all information regarding the complaint or the dispute.

If you have a dispute regarding your Leroy’s^® App^© Phone Account, the Supervisor will inform you of the name of the Leroy’s representative that will be handling the dispute resolution and provide an approximate time that you will be contacted.

With regard to your sports wagering account and your Leroy’s^® App^© Phone Account, you have certain rights under Nevada state law relevant to certain disputes. If the dispute is regarding:

1. Any winning that you believe you are entitled;
2. Any losses that you believe are unsubstantiated or to which you dispute for any reason; or
3. Any dispute as to the manner in which the game is played, then you may request that the Nevada Gaming Control Board conduct an investigation regarding the dispute. The Leroy’s Customer Service Supervisor can provide the appropriate address and telephone number for the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

Disputes arising as a result of wagers accepted by Leroy’s shall be resolved as set forth in Nevada Revised Statutes 463.361-463.366 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A.

Account Wagering BONUS Rules

1. Customer must be at least 21 years of age.
2. This limited time only promotion is for Leroy’s Account Wagering Locations only and can be cancelled at any time.
3. Customer must complete the account wagering application. Initial deposit must be made at time application is accepted.
4. All wagers are subject to established wagering limits and rules.
A 10% Bonus will be awarded for the initial deposits of new accounts. The maximum bonus is $100.00.
Example: $500.00 deposit = $50.00; $5,000.00 deposit = $100.00 bonus.  The deposit amount and bonus amount is available for wagering immediately.
5. Bonus is subject to a rollover restriction.  The initial amount of deposit must be wagered five (5) times to earn the bonus. This number is set by management and is subject to change.

Example: 5 times rollover with $500 deposit, $500 X 5 = $2,500; $2,500 must be wagered before the bonus may be earned for withdraw.
6. Money won by wagering the bonus becomes the customers.
7. All bonuses are to be complete in 180 days from date of initial deposit.  Failure to complete rollover in 180 days will result in forfeiture of the bonus. The required number of days is set by management and is subject to change.
8. Minimum deposit for bonus award is $50.00.  Other deposits accepted but only deposits of $50.00 or more are eligible to earn bonus.
9. Bonuses are available to be withdrawn the next business day after the rollover restriction is met. Withdrawals before the rollover requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
10. Management reserves the right to refuse any application.
11. Management reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager.
12. Management reserves the right to terminate account-wagering privileges for an account at any time by settling the account balance with the customer.
