What will I need?

  • An account wagering application
  • Two forms of identification (one being a photo)
  • At least $100 to fund your account
  • Cash, Visa, or Mastercard are accepted to fund accounts
  1. Print an account wagering application using the link on this page OR pick up an application at any of our convenient Leroy’s® locations.
  2. Go to the nearest Leroy’s® location and take the completed application, two forms of identification (one being a photo), and at least $100 to fund your account. App sign up locations are undicated by a check mark.
  3. At the Leroy’s® location, a ticket writer takes your application, identification, and payment to open and fund your account.
  4. When you open your account, you receive an account number and a PIN (password). You may use the account number and PIN to make any bets from our tavern kiosks as well as from your mobile device.
  5. After you open your account, you receive information for the Leroy’s® App download site. Just click on the link and follow the instructions to download the App to your mobile device.
  6. Click the LEROY’S®APP icon on your mobile device. Enter your account number and password. You're all set to bet!
